Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
reconsideration of CSHB 55(FIN) be taken up on the same day.                   
                                                                               
Representative Davidson objected and withdrew the objection.  There            
being no further objection, it was so ordered.                                 
                                                                               
                                                                               
CSHB 55(FIN) was again before the House in third reading.
